I don’t see a timer in tasks

You used Everhour before

Here are a few typical reasons why the timer may disappear:

  • You have recently changed your computer;
  • You are trying to use Everhour on a different computer (home vs office vs meeting room);
  • You’ve changed your browser;
  • You need to update your extension which fixes the issues you were having.

How to troubleshoot

  1. In each of the above cases, you need to make sure you have the latest version of Everhour browser extension;
  2. If you already have the extension installed, you can try re-installing it as a basic troubleshooting step. To do that, remove the Everhour browser extension from your browser and install it again from here;
  3. Finally, try disabling your connected integration on the Integrations page and then reconnecting it:

You have just signed up

Typical reasons:

  • You haven't connect Everhour to your PM tool;
  • You haven't installed our browser extension;
  • You don't have an account with Everhour yet.

How to troubleshoot

  • Please make sure that you have a connection between Everhour and your PM tool. You can do that by going to Account > Integrations
  • Make sure you have our browser extension installed (see above).
